ZAMAK material with 15-20% recycled content

The reuse percentage of this remelted ZAMAK can vary between 15% and 20% depending on the items to be molded and their required mechanical characteristics. Specifically, out of the total 100% of material, we use 15%-20% recycled ingots and the remainder as primary fusion ingots.

ZAMAK is a non-ferrous alloy with a high content of high-purity zinc, combined with small percentages of aluminum, magnesium, and copper (varying based on use types). There are three types of zamak alloy most commonly used in die-casting and melting processes: zamak 12, zamak 13, and zamak 15. Zamak is used to mold items with steel molds (die-casting) or silicone (casting); the waste and excess material resulting from the molding channels (sprues) are recycled. This process is carried out internally. When molding very small accessories, the percentage of this recycling can even reach 70%.

PLASTIC (Nylon) material with 100% recycled content

It is possible to mold items in plastic material (NYLON) using completely recycled and phthalate-free material. In these cases, we purchase certified 100% Recycled raw material. Based on the Customer's requests for the production of 100% recycled plastic items, a prior feasibility analysis of the items is essential.

Hypoallergenic PVC material compliant with European REACH standards and PHTHALATE-free

Items in PVC material are hypoallergenic, guaranteed to comply with European REACH Standards, and are therefore PHTHALATE-free.
